Welcome to WPMage Secrets Revealed
A fancy name for my blog … and to be honest I don’t really know any secrets.
But, I have learned a few things that I’m willing to share with you.
This blog is pretty new … just a few days old at this writing, but, hopefully you will find what you’re looking for. It’s all about WPMage and how to use it. If you are already a WPMage user you will find good information here that will help you get even more out of the product. If you’re not a WPMage user and just want to know what its all about, you’ll find out a few things, but if you really want to know about the Mage you will need to visit WPMage.com and purchase the program and try it for yourself.
Chances are you’ve landed here for one of the following reasons:
a) you’ve purchased WPMage and are looking for assistance
b) you’re thinking about purchasing WPMage
c) you’re lost and haven’t a clue what the heck you’re doing here. ![]()
d) you’re curious about my mage journey.
Well, no matter your reason … you’re welcomed here. Feel free to browse around and read whatever appeals to you. I’ve also posted a review on the Warrior Forum and on this site (WPMage Review).
Understanding the WPMage Tools
Mage is comprised of 2 levels: Adept Mage and Master Mage.
The Adept Mage is a subscription membership that currently costs $27 per month. For that you have access to some mage tools such as:
1. Domain Mage
2. Keyword Mage
3. Article Mage
4. Index Mage
And you also receive the Adept Mage Affiliate Mage plugin. We do not talk much about the Adept Mage program on this blog as it is geared toward the Master Mage level (sorry Adept Mage guys and gals!), but I wanted you to know the difference in the two programs
The Master Mage is a one-off purchase and you obtain the license to install as many WPMage sites as you want to. There is no recurring fee and you get everything included in the Adept Mage membership, plus you get the powerful CPMage engine that allows you to install WPMage sites at lightening speed.
A lot of people are confused about the terms WPMage and CPMage, so I’ll explain it to you here.
CPMage (stands for cpanel mage) is a program that takes over some features of your cPanel. It is installed on a site that has a standard cPanel and with it you install and manage wpmage domains … as many as your host will allow. The CPMage is installed on your primary domain and your WPMage sites are installed as addon domains to that domain.
WPMage (stands for wordpress mage) is a wordpress blog that has been optimized with Affiliate Mage xTreme, Posting Mage and Content Mage plugins. It can be installed via CPMage or installed manually with it’s own built in installer (just like you would manually install a generic wordpress blog). The three plugins work together to form a powerful wordpress blog with content and affiliate products from places like Commission Junction, eBay, Amazon, ClickBank and Overstock.
The WPMage comes packaged with all the plugins you need to make your site stand out in a crowded marketplace. These sites are already configured and activated when the install is done. You have very little to do except enter core options (affiliate IDs, API numbers, license, etc.), choose your posting dates and add your keyword list to create thousands of posts with a click of your mouse.
When you are installing your WPMage site (whether manually or automatically with CPMage), you can choose from a good selection of publicly available free themes. Or, you can choose another theme altogether. This is a great feature as it cuts down on the “footprint” issues that many WordPress addon programs have. If you want to do so (and have the necessary skill), you can even unpack the tar.gz file and add your own custom themes. It is that flexible.
Greg Jacobs — creator of the WPMage system
I ran into Greg on the Warrior Forum last year, in early summer. He was offering free access to War Room members to his domain mage program. I was interested in purchasing expired domains to build sites to resell. I bought an expired domain and created a site. The domain name was a good one, the site was a success and I just wanted to say thanks. Greg responded that if it were his domain he would monetize it with affiliate products and keep it … not sell it. He told me I could make more money in the long run.
I decided to take his advice, and started following him on the WF. He seemed like a nice young man. He was sincere and I didn’t sense anything greedy or money-grabbing in his attitude. In fact, he seemed to be humble and that’s a rare trait in the Internet Marketing world. When, a few months later, he wrote announcing his need for beta testers I was happy to apply.
Today, almost eight months later, I am still impressed with the young man. We are worlds apart both literally and figuratively as he lives in Thailand and I live in the USA; he is young … only 32, and I am old (65). We are also poles apart in our cultural, religious and spiritual beliefs.
Yet, I see in him honesty and sincerity, a rare mix in today’s IM arena. And, oddly enough, in spite of our differences, we have become friends … if an old woman and a young man can ever be called such … and we have developed a mutual respect for each other.
That’s why I can recommend this product without reservation. I believe the man standing behind it is a person of integrity and that makes all the difference in the world.

Thanks for starting this forum. I have made 63 websites recently with no commissions yet (I know it takes a little while for all my pages to be indexed). I am making them with .info domains because they cost less. is this going to work? Also, I am only using amazon, cj/overstock, and clickbank. Will this work without eBay? Thanks
Hi Linda,
What a great explanation of the difference between CPMage and WPMage – thanks! Although I am a Master Mage, I often wondered at the differences – lol.
I wish you the best with your blog. Sounds like it will be a great source of info.
You are always so generous in your sharing of information.
I completely agree with your statements about Greg although I’ve known him a shorter time than you. Yet I’ve got you beat in the age department – lol.
In joy,
Martha
GREAT INFO……Thank You so much
Hi Linda,
Thank you for sharing this site with us. It helps me so much.
Linda,
You are joy!
Thank you for creating content juju (I L-O-V-E the name)! It’s always a pleasure to see your input in the forum and I look forward to reading any advice or suggestions that you have to offer.
Thanks, Linda, I have already got some solutions from your advice to issues I have had with WPMage
This question with the static or dynamic index page is an interesting one as many of us have learned that dynamic content, i.e. content that are renewed is attractive in the indexing of Google. But that might belong to the past?
I agree on that WPMage has a great potential and can be used in many different ways according to our individual temper and ideas.
I have a question that you might be able to help me with:
If we get our hand on older expired domains they should have a lot of pages indexed in Google and plenty of backlinks, may be also to internal pages.
But when people are clicking on these listed in Google search results they will get a page from the WPMage saying:
Error 404 – Not Found
I guess it would be much better to be redirected to the index page or a special site map page, but what is your take on that, Linda – or some readers might have a good idea or be able to direct me to a forum post about this question, thanks in advance.

Thanks for creating this blog site for WPMage users. I’m a new WPMage user and I find your site extremely informative. I must say that WPMage is extremely flexible… I have been working on products datafeed and it work wonders with the auto blogging feature of WPMage. Just deployed the new plug-in days ago and hopefully will have results to share with all in the coming weeks.
Great site Linda! Question for you – I’m currently on the 7day trial with “adept mage”, how/where do I upgrade to “master mage”? For the life of me i can’t find a link anywhere…
Many thanks,
Simon
Thank you so much for this great site. It’s very educational for newbies like myself. I’m getting my feet wet in this field called IM and moreover I also just became a member of WP Mage family. This site has really shorten my learning curve on this software. I’d be sharing my journey with WP Mage as the days unfold …
God Bless
I am very much interested in purchasing wp-mage. I went to the site, and it appears as if it is not for sale right now.. Any idea as to when it may be available again for sale? Thanks in advance.
Great site Linda. I love the critique style. I have a question for anyone who is having problems with their Mage Master system. Can I buy it (pass the license from one to other, or membership)? Is that even possible?
